Orf 2

I am From Canada.
What is the deal with ORF 2 ?
How come it isn't working yet, I want it to work soon, before the Musikantenstadl starts
If anyone knows any info please reply

Both stations, ORF 1 + 2 , are encrypted and therefore not available at OTR. Search for other threads here, keyword: ORF. ;)
