ARD/ZDF Picture Quality has changed

Why is this, there seems to be little ripples along the screen???

The Picture hasnt been as clear for about 2 weeks now ??
What is going on ???

I have also noticed this problem , however, it is not for all the videos, but only for the ones that are sized 768 x 576 and is noticed on many of the senders. It's my opinion that whoever records this is recording at a lesser quality, they are experimenting, or someone is not following protocol. One thing is for certain, people are beginning to notice. I am actually disappointed in the quality of the 768 x 576 sized videos, all the other sizes I find to me of great quality. I am deeply into OTR and have invested a good $6000 on equipment to store and watch this. I use top hardware and HD flat screen along with storage of 2TB of programs, along with networking equipment allowing me to view programs anywhere inside my house.

I hope that my opinion counts that we need top quality on videos and the need to remove these 768 x 576 encoding.

People really should speak out if they agree or disagree, dialog is good. :D
