Start the computer with an admin account, then start the multidecoder. While starting it will write settings into the registry. After this all must be OK.

Thanks that was a big help :). Now the decoding happens automatically. But the deleting of the OTRKEY file still does not happen even though the box to do so is checked.

Check please whether you use an special input folder. Either the system doesn't allow to delete a file or the file is open by another program (for example by downloader). Try to copy this file into another folder before decoding to check this.
