FTP Push Problems

Hi

I tried the FTP Push for download and the first time around I miss typed my username and of course it was not able to login. I received the email stating this. After that initiated two more attempts with the right username but it never tried again. I waited more than 24 hours now but not a single attempt so far. Is there somewhere a status page with my requests where I can check the current status of it ?

Just one more information. The same details work with other Push Ftp providers. Does OTR actually block an FTP Push request once previously failed ?

Must be an OTR problem. It is working with 2 other FTP Push providers. Bugger.

Das Problem war, dass in der Datenbank UserID und Dateinamen zusammen eindeutig sein müssen. Beim Anlegen der Aufträge wurde das allerdings nicht beachtet. Ich habe das jetzt behoben.

Ich versuch das mal frei zu übersetzen für den englischsprachigen Kollegen:



In the database userID and filename together have had to be unique. This wasn't respected when push requests were created. I [cyberwolf] have solved this now.

Yep the FTP Push request are working now but still is not able to upload any file to my FTP server although the same details work with other FTP Push providers

The servers use passive ftp. Could it be that this is the problem?

Yep that is the case. My FTP server is not supporting passive mode

I have added a checkbox to the request form to enable passive mode or respectively disable it.

Just tested the non passive mode (normal mode) and it's all working now. Thanks for adding this new feature to the overall FTP Push functionality.
