Time Warner kicks CBS - OTR affected?

Since the negotiations between Time Warner and CBS ended without an agreement, Time Warner kicked CBS from the Cable in the major cities LA, NY and Dallas.

Does this affect OTR? As far as i remember CBS is being recorded in NY, but is Time Warner Cable used for this?
