No idea if this is the right palce for my post...
The_Men_Who_Made_Us_Fat_12.06.28_21-00_ukbbc2_60_TVOON_DE.mpg.avi actually does not show the documentary, buta game of tennis. How do I get the documentary. If I can't, how do I get my points reimbursed? Many thanks :-)

OTR only can record, what the TV-Station shows. Perhaps BBC2 has changed the program.
There's no chance to get the points back, because you don't pay for the program, you pay for the downloadtraffic.
Thanks for the feedback on the points and for the new showing times. I also reported the item via the yellow triangle on the program page ... did not know about this before :-)
